*Rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice to members.
Storage can be dry (rack shelves), cold (refrigerated shelf), frozen (walk-in freezer shelf) or a mix of all three.
Membership fee: The membership fee for the kitchen is $150 and renewed annually.
Security Deposit: There is a one-time $250.00 security deposit which will be returned to the customer at the end of their agreement if no other fees are due.
One-time or infrequent use customers: There will be a $50.00 deposit due on the day of the booking.
